By accessing or using the Mingle mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Mingle.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
• Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be permanently terminated.

2. Platform Purpose

Mingle is a social discovery and digital entertainment platform designed to enable:

• User-to-user chat (text, voice, video)
• Live streaming interactions
• Virtual gifting
• Creator content and reels

• Mingle does not facilitate real-world meetings, escort services, or paid sexual interactions.
• We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes.

3. User Accounts

• Each user is responsible for activities performed through their account.
• Sharing accounts, impersonation, or misuse is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or share illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive other users
• Record, screenshot, or distribute private calls or streams
• Promote prostitution, escort services, or illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass moderation or payment systems

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

5. Calls, Chat & Live Streaming

• Voice, video calls, and live streams are subject to moderation.
• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit acts are strictly prohibited.
• Mingle reserves the right to remove content or restrict features without notice to maintain platform safety.

6. Payments, Coins & Virtual Goods

• Mingle offers virtual coins, gifts, and premium features.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
• Mingle does not store users' banking or payment credentials.

Virtual Currency Policy

• Coins and gifts are digital-only items with no real-world monetary value.
• Coins are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Failed or disputed transactions must be reported to support@mingleapp.com.

7. Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of content they create.
• By uploading content, you grant Mingle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform for operational and promotional purposes.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or suspicious behavior is detected
• Repeated user complaints are received

9. Limitation of Liability

Mingle is not responsible for:

• User behavior or interactions
• Emotional distress, data loss, or indirect damages
• Outcomes resulting from user-generated content

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
